About FlightDeck

One cockpit for every Indian pilot.

Aviation guidance in India is fragmented. The DGCA portal is dense. Coaching institutes write biased content. SSB prep lives in disconnected forums. School counsellors rarely know the difference between AFCAT and CDS.

FlightDeck is the resource we wished existed when we started — an end-to-end career platform for the Indian pilot journey, from a Class 11 student wondering "is this for me?" to a working captain tracking type-ratings.

What we believe

Specific over vague

We name the exam, the regulator, the cost, the clock. No hedging, no marketing fluff.

Aspirant-first, never broker-first

FTOs pay for visibility, but rankings reflect cadet outcomes — not who paid us.

We're not the regulator

We mirror DGCA, IAF, and Navy info clearly — but always tell you to verify with the official source for license decisions.

Built by pilots

Active aviators and CFIs review every piece of content. Your study time is too valuable for second-rate material.

The story

India is the world's third-largest aviation market. Airlines have ordered over 1,000 new aircraft. Industry projections call for 10,000+ new pilots by 2030. And yet — the path from Class 11 dreamer to A320 first officer remains opaque.

We started FlightDeck because every other tool we tried solved one slice — DGCA mocks, or NDA prep, or flying-school marketing — and stopped. Nobody connected the funnel from aspiration to ATPL.

We're building it now. Mocks first. Then the FTO directory. Then military prep, mentor sessions, type ratings, the works. English-only, India-focused, in INR, hosted in Mumbai for sub-100ms latency from any tier-2 city.
